Hope Chemicals Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of products and services offered by Hope Chemicals (“Seller”) to you, the buyer (“Buyer”). By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Product Information

  • Information on our website, including product details, pricing, and availability, is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products, modify specifications, or correct errors or omissions at any time.
  • We endeavor to maintain accurate product information, but we cannot guarantee all products will always be in stock.

Prices

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We will fulfill your order at the price you paid at the time of purchase, regardless of subsequent price changes.
  • Written quotes are valid for 30 days only.

Payments for Stock Buyers (Physical Presence is must)

  • Payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • We may require prepayment for certain orders at our discretion.
  • Accounts overdue by 30 days will incur a late payment fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
  • For international transactions, you are responsible for all bank charges incurred by Hope Chemicals.
  • Withholding or offsetting payment for any reason is strictly prohibited.

Shipping and Returns

  • Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. You have 48 hours to report any missing items or damaged goods.
  • All returns require prior authorization from Hope Chemicals and may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.
  • Only unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Include a copy of your invoice, our return authorization number, and the reason for return with your returned package.
  • Opened chemicals and “Special Order” items are not eligible for return.

Warranty

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the purchased cleaning product meets your specific needs. We cannot offer refunds or warranties if issues arise after the product has been used.
  • We warrant that our products meet the specified quality standards at the time of sale. However, there are no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the suitability of these products for any particular purpose.
  • Our sole and exclusive liability is limited to replacing the product free of charge or issuing a full refund upon return of the product according to our instructions. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
  • We do not guarantee that our products do not infringe on any patents, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

Governing Law

  • These Terms and your use of our website are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
