• Cleaning surfaces: Dish soap can be used to clean countertops, window sills, and other surfaces made of glass or plastic. Just mix a small amount of dish soap with warm water. You can even use it on outdoor furniture!
• Stain removal: Dish soap can be a lifesaver for greasy stains on clothes. Just mix a tablespoon of dish soap into a few cups of lukewarm water and dab the stain with a clean cloth. Be careful, though, and test the solution on an inconspicuous area first to make sure it doesn’t damage the fabric.
• Floor cleaning: In a pinch, you can use dish soap to clean floors. Just be sure to use a mild solution and rinse the floor well afterwards, otherwise the floor could become slippery.
